Ten Top Ads, Sept 2010

The Vogue SEPTEMBER ISSUE has arrived, a fact of which I'm quite confident you're all aware. I mean, surely you awoke to blasting horns and fanfare just as I did?

Anyway, oh so much couture to discuss. But! The first post in relation to this almighty issue is strictly in dedication of my favorite ads. After all, how exactly can you fill up 726 pages of pure bliss without a little bit of color advertisement?

" we believe in TRADITION TRANSFORMED."

-Talbots. Starring a stunning Linda Evangelista.

Isabel Toldeo
for Payless. (I have to admit I don't
truly fancy the real-life shoe, but what a lovely illustration!)

... and step away from the sneakers. Piperlime
keeps it classy, everyone.

"Form strategic partnerships."

- Banana Republic

         That is so freakin' adorable.

Giuseppe Zanotti, with Anja Rubik. Grease flashbacks, anyone?

Just as provocative as ever, Marc Jacobs himself poses in ads for his new men's fragrance BANG.

Twirl by Kate Spade. Available at Nordstrom. Where I am now currently en route to.

Nicholas Kirkwood, ad by Nordstrom.

Alexa Chung for Madewell.

Carolina Herrera
.

& Don't fret, because there's more to come on the actual writing within Vogue, from the Military Camo Trend to the 'Turban Renewal'.
