Elle Fanning. The whole world seems to be mesmerized by Dakota's younger sis right now, from my June/July TeenVogue Magazine to the current "summer blockbuster" film industry (her movie Super 8 to come out soon). What is so special about this 13 year old? Is there a unique spark inside of her that sets her apart from other actresses her age or is she simply riding the coattails of a talented older sib? I don't have the answer, unfortunately.
However, I can tell you that even if she doesn't (or does) end up commanding a camera's rapt attention, she certainly wears the couture well.
