Lilly Lovers Luncheon

As you all very well know, I am a compulsive Lilly Pulitzer customer. What can I say? It's in my blood. Being raised in Florida (home to both those who resort and retire), I'm drawn to the bright and whimsical tropical prints that remind me every day of this gorgeous Floridian paradise.

The photo above came out a little fuzzy, but you still can make out the smiles of joy on our faces. This morning my mother and I attended a Lilly fashion show luncheon benefiting the Sarasota Ringling Museum. It was simply magical, and I made sure to proclaim this several times throughout the event.

As my mother and I were treated to several delicious dishes ranging from Cream of Artichoke soup to Grilled Chicken, we lightly tossed our matching clutches onto the fantastic Lilly tablecloth. The clashes of patterns were so beautiful I had to capture it (I was the pink).

And now for Lilly Pulitzer's Spring 2011 Collection!




























Simply beautiful, and quite a Saturday morning.
